Thank you for your past support of Live Oak Public Libraries in Effingham County. We would like to request your future support to advocate for funding to build a new Rincon Library.
The existing building is almost 40 years old and is not equipped to meet the increasing needs of the community. As Effingham County continues to develop, our public library system must also expand to better serve our growing community. A new Rincon Library will be a dynamic community space with innovative resources to enrich lives and support lifelong learning.
