Capital Projects Manager

Micheal joined the Live Oak Public Libraries team as Capital Projects Manager in October, 2024, bringing extensive experience in higher education and institutional capital project management.

He will manage our expanding list of projects, including the restoration of Carnegie Library, repairs at Southwest Chatham Library, replacements for the Oglethorpe Mall, Pooler, and Rincon libraries, and building a third library in western Effingham County.
