What is the anticipated timeline for the project?
Southwest City Library is anticipated to be closed for three days while renovation work is performed, with a projected re-opening date of Saturday, November 25, following the Thanksgiving holiday.
Will patrons be able to pick up/drop off and place holds on books and materials?
Patrons can return items to any other library location and request to pick up holds at another library location.
You may change your preferred pickup location through PINES by going to My Account > Holds, then clicking the 'Edit' link next to the title and change the pickup location.
To change your library location for holds pickup, login to your PINES account.

All other Live Oak Public Libraries locations are available for pickup and drop off during this temporary closure.
What about other library resources?
No programs or library activities will be held at Southwest Chatham Library during this closure. All ages are welcome to attend programs at other library locations. View the calendar of upcoming programs at liveoakpl.org/programs.
